Dumb calls by Trestcan and terrible throws in the 2nd half by Cutler are equal in blame here.

Yep. Great effort by the beloved.

I guess the offense is going to have to stay on the field as long as possible.

Bears need to be a better complete team and that starts with coaching, which I think is a problem.

Yeah two interceptions are never good, but GB never punted until the game was over in the second half. This was a team that couldn't score the first three weeks of the season, then they put up 38 in less than four complete quarters. I blame.defense for the loss.

Absolutely agree.

Cutler should also keep his composure and at least keep them in the game. He's our franchise.

Yup. I understand throwing at the end of the second quarter, but there was no need to go pass heavy after holding GB to a FG after the half. Now I don't remember how the ratio was, and I have no use for "balance," but the Bears had almost 100 rushing yards in the first quarter alone. They should have kept chipping away at GB's obvious weakness, and that also would have kept the Bears' defense off the field as well.

I agree, though not being able to perform on degree exacerbates everything else.

He has 16 career sacks vs. Rodgers. Still wouldn't matter but couldn't hurt.

Sometimes it might not be 100% your fault and you have to take the axe, someone needs to for this defense!

Really unhappy with my guy Cutler today but this is all on defense. Anytime they want to cover the middle pass zone is fine with me. Make a fucking play.

He was GREAT for 2 1/2 quarters. He'll bounce back.

Still,it seems like when you really need a big play,Cutler disappears.

1-9 against the Packers.

He was totally MIA against the 49ers in San Francisco two weeks ago. Anyone could have tossed those four TDs.

That should go on Cutler's tombstone:

"He was great for 2 1/2 quarters."

Yep, until he started being Jay. It is awesome to know that 2 to 3 times a game he is going to throw you a couple, just have to catch em.

He bounced back like I expected. He's converting the 3rd downs now but he has to get that yard at the goalline.

He's had 13 good/great quarters this year. If the Bears defense stops the best quarterback in the NFL once in the first half the game would have been over. The better QB won today.

The perception that he throws interceptions all day is baseless. The last time he finished within the top 10 for INTs thrown was 2010. He's no Rodgers but he's not just giving the ball away either.

He hasn't played a full season since then either

Other than 2011 I don't believe he's missed much time per season. Anyway he's finished with like 13 or so INTs in those seasons. Hardly enough to warrant the "he'll throw you a couple every game" tag. Again he's not a precise QB by any means.

Charles Woodson was talking about when he played the packers. That tag is warranted in that case.

It probably should be looked up but it could be deserved. During the Lovie years I felt they know how to bringRodgers down to earth but couldn't finish the job due to a lack of firepower. Of course Cutler played a role in that, but it's also true that his supporting cast sucked. That's not an empty defense of Jay.

Cutler has had a lot of bad games against the Packers ( I believe something like 7 touchdowns and 15 interceptions) but he hasn't been a turnover machine in years. Fact is the Bears would have made the playoffs in Lovie's last 2 years if he didn't get hurt.
