This is what I don't get. Toub is a ST coordinator in KC, right? Pay him double what he makes. Hell, pay him triple. He's probably as valuable as any player on the Bears, considering how much better he is than the guy who followed him.

Toub wanted out. He had some past with Andy Reid and wanted to work with someone with whom he was familiar. I agree with Leash, that maybe he wouldn't with a pay raise and a contract extension

He'd probably want a higher title too or something considering his tenure and the fact that he thought enough of himself to interview for the HC position after Lovie was fired, if I'm not mistaken. In any case I think it's not uncommon for folks to leave once they lose to someone in a job search that they'll also have to end up reporting to.
