1. The Jay Culter Era in Chicago is over

2. Phil Emery will likely be gone too in a couple of weeks along with Trestman & Co.

3. The Bears will be forced to find big name guys for once to fill the coach and GM positions. Anything less is unacceptable and would result in the fans burning down Hallas Hall.

Long-term the Bears should be better off. I'm already looking forward to next season with a new coach, quarterback and a top 10 draft pick, hopefully either a QB or middle linebacker.
