Not even sure if I heard any professional sports team use the term until this camp with Mooshy. It was listed as why he did NOTHING besides interviews. He never played or practiced and it shows!

Now i hear it about harris, urlacher, tillman

of course you are going to be sore. YOU PLAY FOOTBALL!

Imagine Buffone telling Butkus he can't practice because of general soreness. I am not trying to go old school meathead here, but is the reason being used a little too much?

You seem generally sore about that term.

The reason you never heard about it is that teams that sit out players from even one practice now have to list them on theinjury report. For veteran guys who were getting practices off all along, there needs to be some terminology.

Cut Harris a break. 99% of the league would have missed games with his injuries. He knows he is needed on Sunday and doing everything he can to be there. Tillman, similarly would probably have missed more time if Vasher was still in.
