So the only two positions they seemed 100% set at coming into the draft were OG and RB...Pace drafted one of each. I cant say I agree with how the Bears handled themselves in this draft. It started well but they really didn't make any sense with their picks after the second round.

As much as I liked the (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky boldness, this draft class feels like it was assembled by Phil Emery. Lots of superfluous players at non-need position and "smartest guy in the room"-ism with picks from Ashland, North Carolina A&T and Kutztown.

And the weird thing is Pace himself said when you start straying from best player available, that's when you get in trouble.
