I didn't see anyone create a thread for mocks this year. Here is my one and only:

87Deionte Thompson, S Alabama

126David Montgomery, RB Iowa State

162 DaMarkus Lodge, WR
Mississippi

222Tim Harris , CB
Virginia

238
Matt Gay , K
Utah

That looks like a nice draft from the spot we are drafting. Alabama safeties galore on the team this year. Got Montgomery, who I think is a good fit. Lodge is an underrated WR. Harris is a big CB who fell because of health issues. Gay has a strong leg and is accurate.

Good idea for the Bears to fill that GLARING need at safety early.

I would also be happy taking a guy who will go in the top 75 at 126.

It's draft machine you dingus. He was there as well as quite a few other of the RB linked to the Bears.

As I've said before, there is a big grouping of these backs who are all around the same draft grade. Montgomery is a little different than others because he is bigger but also slower. Still, I think that because of so many players of s similar grade, the group will fall.

I know it's a draft machine. Just pointing out the absurdity of mocking from one. There's a 0% chance Montgomery is there at that point.

You draft before something becomes a glaring need. Dix will be looking for a big contract after an All Pro 2019 season and they will have to pay Jackson. Safety will be a huge need by next year.

Since Dix sucks it could probably be considered a need now.

What do you NFL gurus think about Jalen Hurd as a pick for the Bears. Was a productive RB for Tennessee then a productive WR for Baylor.

Holy shit just imagine if the Bears draft a kicker named Gay and he misses a big kick in the crunch.

Yeah Da Bears gotta get rid of that Gay they have at kicker! that Gay really knows how to suck up the joint!

That said, given the Bears' decision to forego the 2019 draft in favor of going all in on a season ultimately ruined by that Gay they had at kicker, I figured a Bears Mock Draft thread woulda been Mocking the Draft as opposed to trying to project third day picks. God bless all y'all who got guys in this draft! I hope they can find a solid kid at RB alongside the usual line/secondary depth you always wanna go for.

Looks like the Bears agreed with me ya dingus 8)

But that sucks. He’s gonna be very good.

You know the third party generator determines who is available. You should be praising me for getting a player correct

I like that he was the bears guy that they obviously wanted enough to go up and get. Lots of mocks had them taking Singletary and they met with him three times. He was there but they jumped up for Montgomery. Nagy had to have been a part of that
