WR core is stacked. I don't see a path for Hall to make the team. However, since he was a known entity, even playing with a QB everyone was watching, and still not drafted, I would think he could be stashed on the practice squad for a year.

Hopefully in 2020 he can cover all of those fly routes now given to Gabriel for at a fraction of the cost.
