I told the board that hiring Pace was a massive mistake the day he was hired. He was a non factor at best in the New Orleans front office.

Wellll....the Bears have a pretty decent defense. Gotta give him credit for that. The (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky pick was amateur hour. Said it at the time. You don't bid against yourself.

Jerry Angelo put together very good defensive teams....he was still a bad GM.

Pace's record is clearly showing RR was correct.
