If his play bails out Nagy's shitty playcalling then the playcalling can't be that bad. Nagy will still throw way too much and then in the losing press conference he'll say he needs to do better and run the ball more and will then run it even less the next week. Fields will be in plenty at the goal line. Nagy loves gimmick shit there, even though it's usually guys on D

Not true. If Fields has to constantly make plays after the line breaks down because Nagy’s plays aren’t designed to get the ball out of his QB’s hands quick enough, or buys time with his legs allowing receivers to improvise none of that will be by design. And that’s the kind of stuff I’m talking about.


I already know Nagy can’t call plays that utilize players to their skill set, establish a rhythm, and take advantage of weaknesses in the defense. And as you mention, the really stupid situational football smartest man in the room triple-reverse upside down handoff to the 5th string TE on 3rd and goal.. We’ve been looking at that for years now.


I mean, huddling up right after big plays instead of keeping the defense on its heels, not using the run to establish play action, not using the run to wear down a pass rush.. Nagy calls a football game completely oblivious to the consequences of his decisions. His greatest football accomplishment is being patted on the head by Andy Reid years ago while holding a clip board and having almost nothing to do with play calling or play design.
