The Bears gave us a great game against the Lions but the 3 knuckleheads in the TV booth kept ruining it for me with all their mistakes & bad comments - the game ended almost 12 hours ago & I'm still bent out of shape. USA today says it was: Matt Vasgersian, Brian Baldinger, Brian Billick, & Laura Omkin on the field. (and where was my old gal pal Jennifer Hammond?!)

Laura Okmin used to work here in Chicago as an anchor/reporter on the defunct "SportsChannel Report" before going to Atlanta to work at the former CNN Sports Illustrated. She's now at FSN as a feature reporter on "Pro Football Preview", hosted by Jay Glazer, which airs at 11p Saturdays locally on Comcast SportsNet. As for Jennifer Hammond, whenever FOX Sports has had the Lions in the past, she's worked their game on the sidelines on a regional level. You might get Laura again Sunday, along with Matt Vasgersian & J.C. Pearson. You might also get Sam Rosen, Tim Ryan & Chris Myers, or Dick "the Curse of Chicago Sports" Stockton & Brian Baldinger Sunday when the Bears & Falcons play in Atlanta on FOX @ 12noon.

SHARK - you know way too much. I also see your info-filled posts on another board. Good job, thank you.

Say what? There's another SHARK-nugget-laden board?

I actually liked Brian Billick quite a bit. Baldinger is an ass.

Billick was nothing at first. He got a lot better as the game when on.

I liked when the Lions were going for it on 4th down, and the Lions backup QB (forget his name) was signaling to go for it. He said something to the effect of, "yeah why don't you just let the coaches make that desicion buddy? You of all 10 snaps in your NFL career just do what the coaches tell you. They know whats best for the team, not you"

You read it here, folks. Brian Billick and/or Bill Cowher will be back in coaching next year. Don't believe me? Charley Casserly, the "General Manager" of CBS Sports' "NFL Today" told host James Brown that both former coaches will be in demand this offseason. I wonder if the Lions were taking notes while they were getting their asses kicked by the Bears that the Kurtwood Smith-looking Rod Marinelli is on borrowed time as their head coach... For the record, Kurtwood played the dad on "That '70s Show", plus was the voice of those "Grinder" commercials during the 2005 White Sox World Series title season...
