time to make a bold move and have have Jones play a Cordarelle position

You know Montgomery can be an every down back who can shoulder almost all of the carries, so you wouldn't have to put too much on Velus' plate. Give him maybe 5 carries a game.

I've at least seen Ebner look good in a Bears uniform. I've never seen Jones look good in a Bears uniform. Let Ebner play. He's replacing Montgomery next season anyway.

I like Ebner's chance of picking up the blitz much better then I like Velus Jones chance of doing it.

Fine. Give him fucking 5 carries. But it really doesn't matter. Jones sucks now and will most likely always suck. Probably cut in training camp next year. But what the hell, since it doesn't matter this year, why the hell not?

He's a guy drafted to be Tarik Cohen who's only chances have been runs between the tackles. He looked ok in the pre season.

The one thing about him that doesn't seem to have lived up to his billing is blazing speed. He's looked slow from my view.

Anyway, there will be another RB available in this draft or free agency at a reasonable cost so they won't have to rely on Ebner
