I can't answer the question until I know the time frame in which the Miller Moss Watch covers. It's confusing that the Miller Moss Watch seems to not include the time frame in which Miller Moss played football for USC.

You cannot answer because he clearly performed better against better teams than "Generational Talent" Caleb It's a huge indictment that time after time Generational Talent Caleb keeps getting outplayed by guys that come off the bench. Not a good look

I will be more than happy to answer. I just need to know if my time period includes only the bowl game, only the bowl game and the first two games this year, or the entirety of his post-Williams career. You have used all of those criteria though seemingly the Miller Moss watch ended before his ultimate benching and transfer.

You're ducking. In short this year I watched Miller Moss defeat 2 ranked teams in LSU and Louisville. Which teams with a winning record has Caleb defeated this season? Which ranked teams did he defeat last season? Just Asking Questions .

"You're ducking" says the person that won't clarify the time period in which the thread he created about a specific player to watch actually encompasses.

Just say "All college games played by Miller Moss after Williams declared for the draft are part of the Miller Moss Watch" and I'll give you all the answers you want.

You're ducking. What the Miller Moss Watch demonstrated is that he has an ability to defeat ranked teams when Caleb could not.

Maybe just re-title the thread “Miller Moss Re-Watch that One Bowl Game” so everybody’s clear.

One ranked team, unless you are counting this year. Anything can happen in one game.

Well that "one game" never occurred for Caleb. Who went 0-4

This is why I want you to clarify if only that season counts in the discussion or not.

Is this year part of the Miller Moss Watch or was it truly only about last season and the Miller Moss Watch was about a season that had already finished?

It was. Which is why you look silly right now. USC had nearly the very same season record wise with undrafted Miller Moss that they had with "Generational Talent" Caleb last season. Despite playing in a much tougher Conference.

Yet you are here bloviating as if the "Miller Moss" experience was a "colossal failure". Based on what exactly?

Miller Moss was 4-5 this year. Caleb Williams last year was 7-5. "nearly the very same season record" is doing as much work as "Extremely Pertinent and Relevant" did.

The bad record. The fact he got benched. The fact he is transferring out. The fact that you seem upset that I even bumped the "Extremely Pertinent and Relevant" topic.

But I'm glad we have now determined that the Miller Moss Watch includes all of this season and his bowl game last season.
Miller Moss record at USC: 5-5.
Caleb Williams record at USC: 18-8.
Caleb Williams overall record: 27-10.

...and just like that, the Miller Moss Watch, which was "Extremely Pertinent and Relevant" ends with a decisive victory for #1 overall pick Caleb Williams!

There is nothing to suggest that Miller Moss would not have gone 6-6. Absolutely nothing in fact. Including his being benched.

Now the bigger question as a Bears fan is why was USC able to go 6-6 this year with 2 QBs that aren't considered NFL players (in a tougher conference) after going 7-5 last year with "Generational Talent" Caleb in a weaker conference? Why wasn't there such a "precipitous dropoff" with the team after losing such a "great player"? Just Asking Questions

Talk about "Derangement Syndrome"  Hussra and I first used Miller Moss as an example of how Generational Talent Caleb Williams wasn't much of a "difference maker" with guys who fallaciously believe that he is. Since then nothing has happened to prove otherwise yet they are still pretending that he is in fact a difference maker.

Only in loony land

I know you want to show solidarity, but this might not be the time. As a Bears fan the fact that "Generational Talent" Caleb has had very little impact as a player at both the college and NFL levels is quite "concerning"

Maybe USC wasn’t trying to win with Caleb the way the Bears decided to not win with Fields?

I know you want to show solidarity, but this might not be the time. As a Bears fan the fact that "Generational Talent" Caleb has had very little impact as a player at both the college and NFL levels is quite "concerning"

Miller Moss is probably the greatest indictment of "Generational Talent" Caleb that currently exists. Shoutout to me for creating the "Miller Moss Watch" by the way

I think the Bears should use a Caleb/Bagent platoon in 2025 and hold out for Rocco Becht in the 2026 Draft. He's my guy to be the next Brock Purdy. And we saw a few days ago what having a quarterback judged on his abilities can do for you. As opposed to caving to blue-haired, DEI lunacies.

The Biggest indictment of Caleb Williams as a player is actually Miller Moss
