I dont understand all the hype. Bears media and fans never learn. They hype everything from the offseason before even one fuckin snap.

Jay Cutler. Failed. Remember Mike Martz? That flamed out. Justin Fields bust. DJ Moore, average. Caleb Williams, terrible first year. Ben Johnson. He's an offensive coordinator, not a head coach. Look at Josh McDaniels. Failed.

I think we have the right guy this time.

I didn't feel that way with Flus, Fox, etc. I hoped we had it with Nagy but there was always the concern that he didn't call plays for the Chiefs and when he did, he wasn't good.
