Nagy is like Joe Maddon as a coach. There are benefits and drawbacks. I'd say the benefits outweigh the drawbacks right now. We can review in two years.

My main criticism of him so far from what I've seen is that he gets too cute. I get that he's trying to be "unpredictable" and I see the value in that but there are times you just run on 3rd and 2 to keep the chains moving and the D off the field.
