Falcons get a couple of scores after the game is well in hand. Close thru the 1st quarter, Bears get a lead in the 2nd, get some big plays in the 3rd to build a big lead, put the game on ice in the 4th.

Field Goals will not get this done. Too many wasted chances. Cutler looks good so far with better footwork. Forte still too dance-y. O-line has some promise, but far from a finished product.

Really excited about the way the Bears looked today. Offense got a little sloppy when the game got out of hand but it was an overall great performance. I love Henry Melton. I was extremely high on him last year and it looks like he has gotten better. If he continues to play the way he has (or better) the Bears front 4 will cause problems all year. This may be the toughest division in the NFC and I really like the Bears chances if they win at least 2 of the next 3 games.

Looking at the Peterson and Johnson deals it's clear why Forte wouldn't accept the deal the Bears offered. He's not in their league but production wise he isn't that far off.

I think the Vikings will be as bad as any team (although that Seahawk team is going to be all kinds of suck) and all three division opponents will sweep them.
