I can't recall a Bears CB getting beat as often as he does.

He's definitely good at riding on the backs of receivers for 5 to 10 yards after they make a reception.

I have a hard time giving up on the guy after what he showed his first six or so games. He was beyond good and it wasn't a 1-2 game stint. You cannot just hit a good streak like that.

Ever heard of a guy named Rex Grossman?

He was a HOF'er for 6 games.

He started off real well last year and then got injured and didn't continue the development with the broken hand and hip problem.

He started off slow this year in his 2nd year and struggled with a Hall of Famer. Fox is showing him some tough love to put a spark in him.

Patience isn't just a GnR song.

He's fucking terrible. Meanwhile, CJ Mosley looks like the QB of the Ravens Defense for the next 10 years.

That's a separate issue but, for the record, I wanted Mosley.

every other team would've grabbed him had he fallen into the 20s. everybody's watching Mel Kuiper. just Bears constantly find the bust out there.

Partially in defense of Phil, finding a shutdown cornerback is harder than finding a linebacker.

Unfortunately, he didn't stray from his apparent personal belief of going ceiling over floor.

Sure, but CJ was the best player available. Going chalk would have paid off. Instead we have yet another 1st round pick who is getting schooled every Sunday.

He's bad, I still don't understand how Jennings was cut.

“I’m fully confident in Kyle,” Rolle said on the radio. “I just felt like he’s a young guy being asked to do big things at such a young age early in his career. And that’s fine. He’s a first-round pick. You have to have high expectations for him.

“So with Kyle, I just need him to -- he has to be a true professional, and he has to be a true studier of film. And more importantly, he has to play with his strengths. If you’re going to press a guy, you have to make sure you put your hands on a guy. You can’t line up in front of a guy and then not disrupt him whatsoever.”

Calling him lazy off the field, eh?

I accept. As I said last year he was the best player available and filled a need. Fuller just doesn't appear to have the intelligence to succeed.
