He's definitely good at riding on the backs of receivers for 5 to 10 yards after they make a reception.

I have a hard time giving up on the guy after what he showed his first six or so games. He was beyond good and it wasn't a 1-2 game stint. You cannot just hit a good streak like that.

He started off real well last year and then got injured and didn't continue the development with the broken hand and hip problem.

He started off slow this year in his 2nd year and struggled with a Hall of Famer. Fox is showing him some tough love to put a spark in him.

Partially in defense of Phil, finding a shutdown cornerback is harder than finding a linebacker.

Sure, but CJ was the best player available. Going chalk would have paid off. Instead we have yet another 1st round pick who is getting schooled every Sunday.

I accept. As I said last year he was the best player available and filled a need. Fuller just doesn't appear to have the intelligence to succeed.
