I agree with Nas. I think with two playoff appearances (one legit, one "appearance"), his good relationships with the media and ownership, and his near or just above 500 record (too lazy to look it up) plus the coach of the year award, he's done enough to qualify as a "give him a second chance" guy after he puts in a few years as an OC or something elsewhere.

I don’t think that’s what we’re doing at all. A guy who coaches a grade school football team, and has never won a championship, is the guy you trust to hire the Bears next GM and coach. I’m not even sure how to respond to that.

Perhaps we can agree that he can pick the moms for the snacks schedule.
