Statistically 60% of 1sts don’t get a second contact with the team that drafted them. In that time period the Bears were 4/17, so 76%. Rex only got a garbage 1 year deal. Tommie and Kyle Long both got 4/40. Kyle Fuller was 4/56 and had to play a year under the transition tag first.

The fact that they only have one player on the team from the 2017-2019 draft classes is amazing, but Pace almost seemed to fear the draft, still cannot believe George gave Pace and Nagy that last year.
