Wasn't Larry just the other day saying Brady and Rodgers set expectations too high on how long a QB can play in the NFL and we need to stop worrying about Fields running so much? I didn't dream him saying that, did I? Welp, maybe it's time to rethink that.

With Trent Dilfer unusually noticeably timid Bernstein & Larry Holmes seemed to have their Fields/Getsy wings clipped. Dilfer mentioned Fields was hit 20 times vs Atlanta. 4 times higher than the low end of the preferred 5-8 times.

I wonder if there is a correlation between running all the time and getting hit?

Is there anything to the Josh Allen Theory that we've been hearing? Getting hit in the pocket is much worse than getting hit in the open field, where you have the chance to pick and choose how you get hit?

Fields was running with a leg strain making him more of an easy target..

I hope Trevor Siemian plays this week so we can see if the offensive line is really as bad as it seems or if it's mostly about the quarterback not getting the ball out quick enough.

He probably could move the ball with a quick passing game but will end up with fewer yards/attempt and score significantly fewer points than the Fields-led offense has averaged over the last several weeks.
