Ehh... that's been the mantra for years. This team is talented enough (with the exception of receivers) that it's time to develop a winning culture. You become the Jaguars after awhile if you don't.

I honestly think the preferred losing mantra has only been prevalent for a year or two anyway.

You're right the team is cultivating talent, but one more draft picking towards the top of nearly every round would be extremely beneficial to the overall depth.

Bad play calling is still bad play calling. I'm not simply wondering why they don't throw more -im wondering why they don't throw more in certain situations. Seems to me, OC's -the good ones- know how to keep an offense in rhythm, and more importantly realize when it's in rythm. Immediately defaulting to handoffs on the back of big passing plays seems to kill the momentum. That's just my observation in this particular game.
