Happened to be in Madison through most of the game and didn’t get to see how it turned out until a few minutes ago (DVR). God bless you guys. The inevitable complaints about the refs are so thoroughly predictable…and enjoyable. Of course the usual suspects chime in but Darko “I don’t usually complain about the refs” is the king.

A few other thoughts - the D is solid but Jaylon Johnson is not nearly as good as many have come to believe. Blowing the coverage on Adams is fine but watching him jog down the field after the catch is embarrassing. Also, Amos again showed he is a very good player despite Seacrests protestations. Finally I wouldn’t get so down on Fields. Rookie QBs almost always suck and he looks to me like he can be good with the right coach and system.

 The Packers tend to get a little help a couple times a game.

What makes you say that about Fields ? He doesn’t do anything well.

I think he’s flashed a decent arm which is something that can’t be coached. I feel like the the complaints about speed & mobility are related to the coaches telling him to stay in the pocket (don’t run). I think he’s not being used correctly. I watched colin kaepernick carve up the Packers and think that Fields could do the same but with more all-around skills.

I do when it comes to the Packers. I've never seen it with any other sport or any of my other teams. I never complain about unpires or hockey referees or anything like that. The Packers get a lot of help.

You need to read what you wrote and give it some thought. If you truly believe that then God bless you, but you’re as much of a meatball as anyone else, despite your protestations.

I believe it's such a factor in fact that I take it into account when I wager.
Today, the refs took 6 off the board on a terrible holding call. The bears got it back later but they tried.
And while Fields shouldn't have assumed the free play and heaved a ball into the end zone that neutral zone infraction was hard to believe that the refs missed it. That's two big ass plays there, one a turnover and one a td taken off the board.

I did via DVR, and afterwards came to this board knowing what to expect. Not because of anything I saw. It because it’s a predictable pattern. The only difference is the players. You’ve supplanted Frank and RFDC. Congratulations!

Fine, but please don’t try to claim some high ground regarding the refs. You are clearly a meatball. Your certainty about the bias only confirms that.

So you zipped through the game and didn't really watch it. Hell they tried to give the Packers a touchdown on a play where the guy stepped out on the 22. Someone on the other side of the field had to correct the linesman who was staring right at the play. That was was far too obvious to allow to happen.

Just a thought on the possible offsides, is it possible he was lined up enough off of the ball that when he moved it wasn't into the neutral zone? Also, do you believe that was OPI against the Packers receiver in the end zone? That was not holding on the Bears offensive lineman.

What about the horrible OPI call that took 6 off the board for the Pack? They get PI called on them on d all the time but whenever they play a team like tampa or seattle that molests the hell out of everyone they never get those calls on their wr's.

Like I said, I don't see this kind of bias in any other sport and not with any other team. While I've said a call here or there in a cubs game was bullshit (everyone makes a bad call from time to time) I've never claimed bias against a team or for a team in baseball, hockey... or against the bears or for any other team. It's bizarrely just the Packers.

The opi in the end zone was pretty tame, not like the one that led to the Bears first touchdown. A bit lame. Yeah.
But I don't care where dude was lined up he was in the neutral zone when that ball was snapped. Everyone saw it but the refs.

Packers have had 39 penalties called against the opponent this year and declined 6
Bears have had 40 penalties called against the opponent this year and declined 8

Bears have 13 more penalties called on them than the Pack but I think most of that differential is in undisciplined, unforced pre snap errors.

That’s also the mark of a poorly coached team.

I own you was bad form now that I see it again on highlights.

Just a thought on the possible offsides, is it possible he was lined up enough off of the ball that when he moved it wasn't into the neutral zone? Also, do you believe that was OPI against the Packers receiver in the end zone? That was not holding on the Bears offensive lineman.

The opi in the end zone was pretty tame, not like the one that led to the Bears first touchdown. A bit lame. Yeah.
But I don't care where dude was lined up he was in the neutral zone when that ball was snapped. Everyone saw it but the refs.

Well I can't totally agree with that.

I find this development shocking.

I also am willing to admit when the opposing team has a bad call against them , you seem unwilling to be able to do this.

That's fine. You're entitled to your own meatballery.

Hey I watch the games and swear about the calls like everyone else. I just find that they go both ways and blaming them rather than the players or coaches is folly. Thinking that they literally somehow favor your arch rival is just plain meatball.

Fine, but please don’t try to claim some high ground regarding the refs. You are clearly a meatball. Your certainty about the bias only confirms that.

Bizarrely
