Agreed. No more screen passes to him.

You can't rotate guards. Just bench Davis if you don't like him.

By your own definition Caleb "Can't throw" seeing as he ONLY threw for 95 yards

Yup, if there's anything I look for in a future HOF QB, it's a propensity to turn the ball over.

After watching Coleman Shelton, I kinda missed Mustipher. At least Mustipher was generally in the right spot while being overpowered.

Bates sucked and had a huge brace on his left arm.

He can be claimed from the Chargers practice squad.

I know Ricky the dragon Stromberg is hurt, but I'd like to sign him to the practice squad to see if there is anything there.

No one questions Darnell Wright's talent or his nastiness. That said, he has too many mental errors.

I question his lateral quickness.

That's fair. I think he'll be our RG next season.

If he doesn't play much better than that he'll be gone after 2 years.

He's not a significant concern for me right now given the abysmal performances of all three interior linemen.

The line play did solidify a bit when after they replaced Davis with Bates at RG, but the first few drives were ugly, some of the worst interior offensive line play you will see, guys whiffing on blocks or getting stood up and shoved into the backfield on every play. They could not run zone read runs because the center was getting shoved back 2-3 yard into the backfield, Davis and Shelton looked like freshman playing on the scout team against the varsity guys.

Bates was at least solid, was not blowing anyone off the ball, but was getting at least a stalemate, Davis looks like he is not real interested in playing football, they can't trot the same group out there again next week.

Would start Bates at center, Murray at RG, you likely get a look at Amegadjie at guard at some point this season, Davis is terrible, and Jenkins is likely done with the Bears after this season.

Poles should be on the phone looking for interior line help.

He missed at least two important blocks.

The only OL who looked good yesterday was Jenkins.

Good to see everyone coming around, have been saying this for a while.

You will learn a lot about your tackles next Sunday, would go with Lewis and Kmet at TE and help out tackles.

Jenkins was inconsistent early, played too high, got a bit better later in the game. It was almost silly watching Shelton get destroyed consistently, you could use his game tape as a teaching tool on how not to take on power, can see why the Rams let him go.

It's crazy that you can muff a kick and actually have a turnover with a 30 yard cushion. The muff was bad, but the killer was then it kicking 10 yards directly into the coverage.

Jenkins got flattened more than once.

I thought Jones was fine. They only had success running his direction.

If he had only thrown 3 int and was a couple inches taller he would be great!

Chicago really is QB stupid.

Caleb was horrible. Too many highlights of 65 whiffing or getting wrecked. A lot of other teams had horrible offensive stats week 1 too. Bears were the better team though so I don't feel bad at all winning ugly
