Again losers. The mere fact that the bar is this low says all that needs to be said

It's not that I prefer losing, but I'm not outraged at this team not winning right now. After all, this clearly isn't a playoff caliber defense.

Still and all, its clear that the Bears have a QB who they can build around and who is growing right before our very eyes after facing some adversity. This season is all about his development and accruing moral victories. Leading his team on a drive late in the game to give them a legitimate, reasonable chance to win the game after struggling for weeks straight is a pretty decent one.

Might be time to "educate" you dopes on a little something. I can remember a time when the Bears were consistently in Super Bowl Contention EVERY SEASON. "WE" didn't celebrate QBs that went 4 games without producing a Touchdown, nor did we celebrate a team that just lost 4 straight either

Caleb played well. Bad clock management and playcalling cost them the game.

Lose the next two and I think that's finally it for Uberloss.

When did we start celebrating QBs that were 5-13?

We didn't "celebrate" QBs that can't produce TDs and teams that lost 4 straight

Caleb played ok, not well.

Also kind of unfair to give credit to Thomas Brown, since he got the two starting tackles back...something Waldron didn't have the luxury of. (Though he still was no good and should have been fired.)

84-91 the Bears were in Super Bowl contention every season. And in at least half those years the favorite to win. "WE" wouldn't dare celebrate bullshit like this.

And I also remember the shitty Neil Armstrong years too. When they were "developing". This team was supposed to be a playoff team and yet instead are on their way to double digit losses once again.

Caleb Williams did not play well today. He played well by his standards, which are basically the offense scored more than three points and didn’t move backwards constantly, but he’s nowhere near “good enough”. There is no argument about this, if you’re delusional that’s your problem but reality is the dude continues to suck.

That was a good stretch other than the 6-10 year.

Caleb deserves credit for playing better. He made some crucial third down conversions that kept drives alive.

He ran the ball much better today and also saw the field better.

Caleb played good enough to win but didn't get enough help from special teams.

Do you think Flus should keep his job?

No, I’ve wanted him gone for a long time.

But I’m not going to root against the Bears in support of that opinion.

Rooting for Flus to be fired is rooting for the Bears.

Wouldn’t you rather be wrong about Flus?

I mean, I’ve thought the guy a complete doofus for a long time now but I’d be ok if he stopped proving me right.

The Bears offensive line did the job today and Caleb throws to a host of highly paid and/or highly drafted weapons. Swift and Roschon were on it too.

So why only nineteen points?

Cuz they blew a 2pt conversion and had a field goal blocked

Why is this offense not lighting it up when the protection is there? With Moore, Allen, Odunze, Kent and the backs this should be 30+ every time the protection comes through.

Instead it’s Fields redux. Quarterback runs, scrapping out drives, basically the type of anti-football we associate the Bears with.

Why is this offense not scoring? Is it the receivers? Nah they seem mostly fine. Running backs? They’ve been way better than I thought they would be. Offensive line had it together today, the Packers struggled to rush the passer.

So what is it, because you take the weapons the Bears have and the protections the Bears got and it should’ve been an easy 30+ point performance. Instead it was a grind, and a loss, and more excuses.

It's a simple question. What didn't he do well today?

The offense not scoring 30 is not an answer.
