Hoge, Moreano and others are saying that Fields was throwing with anticipation today at practice. Apparently this was his strongest performance at training camp so far.

Also, Equanimeous St. Brown is our #2 receiver.

How bad are Byron Pringle and Velus Jones?

It is possible that Aaron Rodgers was unable to play with such a talent as Equanimeous St. Brown just like how Davante Adams was such a problematic part of the Packers organization.

St. Brown was apparently moved ahead of Pringle before the injury.

No doubt that left Pringle salty.

Santos said it’s so uniquely bad that he has to find poorly maintained public parks in Florida to simulate it in the offseason.

Obviously the turf at Soldier Field sucks and probably always will, but its two different plants regarding Florida grass and bentgrass. Even if Soldier Field was pristine, bentgrass is going to play a lot different than poa annua or Bermuda grass in the south.

I am fairly certain the turf at Soldier Field is not bentgrass.

I am fairly certain it doesn't qualify as grass.

Still, blue grass, bent grass whatever. You've played golf in the south and in the midwest. You know what I mean when I say the grass is different.

Guessing it's going to take more than doing a few push ups to solve?

Eddie Jackson has loafed enough over the years to where he should be the guy doing pushups rather than handing out punishments.

Grote said earlier today that Fields has finally been throwing over the middle at the last couple of practices. This is a good sign if the trend continues.

Time will tell.

I like Fields' tenacity. It's going to take some time for him to understand everything, but he seems to be progressing.
