Gilbert is the best player who I see most often considered to be there when the Bears pick. I have no idea how a guy with his measurables and production isn't being considered at the very top of the draft. Of course, the lack of noise about him probably means he is being considered at the top by the guys doing the actual picking.

Safety is the #1 need but I think Gilbert is going to be one of those cover CB for the ages...of course, everyone will bitch that he doesn't tackle, just like they did with Deion.

The other guy who I see there in a lot of drafts is Barr. Has the world gone insane. He is not that far from Clowney in the speed measurables. He needs a little more time learning the position and gaining strength. I could easily see him being the best player in this draft in two years.

I really think this is going to be a draft we look back on as being legendary in its talent offered.

They already have two "stud" WR. They also have one developmental WR and two veteran for depth.

As far as returners go, remember that Ford looked great in that position last pre season. They also signed a guy off the Saints practice squad with top speed who was a great returner in the CFL.

In an incredible twist, I am pretty sure I will like whoever they draft this year. Every scenario I have considered ends with a guy I really like...Donald, Dix, Denard, Gilbert, Fuller, even guys like Jernigan, Nix and Mosley. I don't dislike any of these moves. There are some excellent moves even if they trade down.

This is going to be a tough draft to mess up for any of the NFL teams. I think the entire division will probably get better, it will only be a matter of degree.
