A UDFA tryout is not a guaranteed roster spot. You are buying a lottery ticket. Maybe it hits and you win big. Maybe it doesn't and you lose almost nothing.

When was the last positive cocaine test in the NFL? Pretty easy to pass those if coke is your drug of choice.


I'd be more concerned with his Sandy Hook comments though.

Offer him a comprehensive mental health and substance abuse program. Probably wouldn't work, but I see nothing wrong with giving a guy a chance, especially a non-violent guy (if he is).
