I think given the makeshift line that he had in front of them, Montgomery's performance was acceptable.

I do like the commitment that the Bears seemed to have to the running game. It's just unfortunate that when they needed to make a couple of throws, Foles either held the ball too long or made bad throws. And then Graham and Miller dropped very catchable passes at crucial times.

The two yard passes to Graham have to stop. He isn't getting you any YAC so a two yard pass will only be a two yard gain...if he catches the ball.

I agree with the quality of the effort, but there is no talent there. Unlike with Mooney and Robinson who I was afraid of going in. I have no idea how we passed on the local kid Mooney.

I am not saying he is all pro, but behind a better offensive line he would be a serviceable back. It seems there are MANY carries a game where he gets to the line of scrimmage and is immediately surrounded by opposition jerseys.

The long run by Monty was pretty funny because you knew immediately he wasn't breaking away from anybody.

Agreed, he's serviceable. The no talent charge is really for the o linemen.

I have no idea why Nagy didn't go downfield more, especially before our d line woke up late.

he's too busy calling 5 yard man beaters against zone defenses

The best are continued 5 yard completions in the 2 minute drill in the middle off the field that take 25 seconds each. Kmet's almost fumble was on a useless 3 yard completion where he was stuffed inbounds, stop throwing those.
