As of now the organization still has him starting though. Which is what's lost in all of the Euphoria. I keep hearing that he is "clearly" a backup, yet Pittsburgh has yet to make him the backup. If it's as clearcut as you keep insinuating, then why hasn't Tomlin made the call already?

No, we are going by the words of the players, coaches and the games played. Clearly if Justin had played at the level Tomlin expected then there would be no debate about who is starting sunday. PERIOD, end of discussion.

Yeah we will. And Fields is the starter (Phantom Frank eager to play gotcha on this one) until he isn't. There is a lot victory lapping for a decision that has yet to be made by all accounts.
