Don't overcomplicate it. Figure out who you think is #1 whether it is Williams or Maye. Then draft the other one because you know the one the Bears thinks is good is not good.

I don't even count the #8 coming to Chicago as a first. That's just swapping the 1 for the 8. So when I want to know how many first round picks you're sending back to me, I start counting after #8.

I was always under the impression Stein was one of the few guys actually good at his job. Bears were always in pretty good cap shape.
