He's inexperienced, but he's had a year to learn the offense, and LT is a position where rookies have stepped in and done a good job, so I'm optimistic there.

I think St. Clair gets moved to right tackle or guard, and a guard is drafted somewhere in the middle rounds. I think the line is in the middle of a three year reclamation process that is currently headed into year two.

Are Brees, Rodgers, or Cutler in the playoffs?

Ok you would take Orton over any of those you mentioned? Are you Ron Turner?? I agree Olsen will be a monster, when he gets a real QB. Let's not forget, the coaching staff here swore by Grossman so much so that they benched your Neck Bearded hero in favor if him. Now what all of a sudden Orton is that much better?? I don't think so, this whole organization is ametuerish(??) has been for a while now, even when they win after the game you're left thinking.. "Hmmm how did they do that?"

Time for changes or next year will be a lots more of the same.

Are you Doug or OB? Either way, welcome to the board, meathead.

Thanks for the welcome wven though I have been around longer than you..

Meathead? Yes I am the meathead not the one who wants the exact same thing next year and expects different results. What can't you see when it comes too Orton? Do you think all of a sudden with one more off season under his belt he will become more accurate? I like him as a back up, but the Bears have one pressing need they have had for a long time and thats a franchise QB, who could mask a lot of the shitty issues on offense and be great for Forte. To me that should be their number one priority on offense, they have tried to get by with medicore QBs for WAYYYYYY to long... It doens't work for this team.

Build your team around Forte. Period.

You've got your superstar now, and he's just getting started. He's already proven to be the real deal, so make him the Brian Westbrook of the NFC North.

Grab yourself a decent WR, continue to develop Brandon Lloyd, and keep Orton protected.

Have Forte touch the ball 30 times a game, and with an improved offensive line, you win a Super Bowl within the next 3 years.

Brandon Lloyd has always been and will always be a project.

If the Bears don't get younger and extremely BETTER on both lines it won't matter who's at any other position on the field. If you can't block it you won't move it . If you can't tackle it you won't stop it. Guards, a future center and a stud pass rusher are on my list. Positions filled in free agency, WR, LB, S, back-up QB.
