This is working out just perfect. Bears will win 3 of last 4 - saving all of the coaches jobs while missing the play-offs, lowering their draft pick and eliminating the Lions from the playoffs. :alien:

I didn't like this aspect of the offense last year either, but yes it did work more often. I'm guessing because the line played better last year and Cutler had a little more time to set some of those up.

Point still stands tho, this jump ball shit to me means the QB lacks some ability with touch and ball placement on throws like the ones we're talking about.

It wouldn't hurt if a receiver actually just got open every once in a while.

He can. It's just that the pump fake (really just him thinking better of throwing and then just saying fuck it I'm doing it anyway) adds a new layer of "come pick me off" to the throw.
