Dane Brugler on the Score today said he thought there were only 8 blue chip players in this draft. I think he included

Williams, Maye
Harrison, Nabers, Odunze
Alt, Fashanu
Bowers

In regards to QBs...so cocky. My first question is Did he have Stroud as a "blue chipper"?

I caught a bit of that and he seemed halfway intelligent, which is a low bar for the Score to clear as far as "experts" go

he at least wasn't gassed after talking for 30 second like Brad Biggs

Miller said he had 14 first round grades in this draft

Trade #1, #9, Moore, Wright, and Johnson for more prospects to build around h1m.

Brock Bowers is much further above the average at his position than Harrison is at his.

Are there any more former associates of the Packers that I could possibly assist you guys with this search?

Can it just be one of the Ryan brothers so we can get the HR violations out of the way.

Not if you want to have a good passing offense.

I would have said yes when Eberflus was looking for an OC the first time. Now that we know Fields prefers getting sacked over throwing to receivers, nah. Hire the best OC for Caleb.

Roman has never coached a top-10 passing offense.

Roman is a guy who you hire only if you are keeping Fields. Hopefully it's a smokescreen.

The PFF stuff can be annoying, but the list of the 10 worst Bears offensive players https://bearswire.usatoday.com/lists/ch ... 23-season/ seems spot on from what we saw this year.

Whitehair, Patrick, Borom, Davis, and Carter all were brutal, you improve the offense immensely by upgrading the middle of the o line.

Then you see that pretty much every WR other than Moore sucked last year.

You still have massive holes to fill on the offensive side of the ball, need NFL starting level players at G, C, #2 WR, and #3 WR.

I’m still not sure Jones is the guy at LT or if they just like him because they drafted him and think he was a good value pick.

I wonder if he could be bumped inside to make room for a blue chipper with the 9th pick.

I don’t love or hate Roman, but Baltimore has always spent more on Defense than offense and as soon as they got a good receiver in Hollywood Brown they got rid of him.

Yep. I would also like one of those receivers to be a good tight end. Kmet was down too much of the time and their are other good tight ends out there.
