Don't be an apologist here. This whole year we've been concerned about (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's intermediate to deep throw accuracy and today's game was no different. He made some throws late but missed chances earlier on to drive the Bears deeper into Philly territory. You've got to put up points and he just didn't do that. I'd still be concerned even if the kick went in. It was an erratic performance and 16-18 points just isn't enough at this level. It isn't 2000 anymore. He's got to make a huge jump next year and hopefully he does that.

Yeah, Mitch didn't play terrible, but he also didn't go win the game. More and more, QB stats are being used to confirm whatever opinion someone already has. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky was a second overall pick. He has to play better at home against a defense we were all told sucked. I don't care what his stats are. The Bears didn't put up enough points, and the offense looked like absolute shit through 3 quarters.
