I could see Floyd being a "system" pick - the type of guy who could do far better in Fangio's system than anyplace else.

I want the second coming of Wilbur Marshall. In fact, i'm going to go find the youtube video of Wilbur knocking Joe Ferguson out cold, which I usually reserve for the first day of the first preseason game.

I assumed this guy was 21...I didn't like the pick, knowing hesc24 makes me really hate this awful pick..you're right, he's only a year younger than Aldon Smith..unbelievable.

If they rely on the coaches to make these picks (Fox and Fangio) then what's the point of having a GM and scouts. I mean Pace and the scouts are on the road all year looking at these prospects and studying every game on film.

Coaches don't do any of that obviously. But at the end of the year the coaches look at the film of all of these prospects, tell you who they like and that's who you go with? So what's the point of all the travel and scouting during the football season if that's all it takes?
