it would seem a majority of elite WR's are divas.... even Antonio brown was a penis towards a ref this week in a practice. instead of shipping away elite talent because they are divas... maybe try dealing with them because the end benefit to the team is worth it? if alshon isnt a dick to his teammates then the coaching staff needs to deal with him being a diva.
