I keep hearing this as a rationalization to bring back Cutler next year at a decent price. As is typical of most defenses of Cutler, there is no basis for this opinion. A below average QB would be an upgrade. Cutler is the thirtieth ranked QB in the league this year. Thirtieth. Get fucking rid of him.

They clearly want him gone. Isn't it odd that the team medical staff has basically ruled him out for the season on 2 occasions this year only to have the 2nd opinion Docs deem him week to week each time?

Also, Hoyer, the guy who everyone at the Score claims DOES. NOT. GIVE. THE. BEARS. THE. BEST. CHANCE. TO. WIN. is ranked 12th in the league, 18 spots higher than his "better" counterpart.
