I really like this Bear front 7. I don't love the depth along the line but the three starters all have top end run stopping credentials.

Apparently he failed his KC physical 2 weeks before he passed his Bears' physical. Wonder if that was just the excuse for KC, the Bears signed him believing he will recover or he miraculously healed in 2 weeks. :?:

Read somewhere that it was a hip flexor issue, but no details about severity, surgery, etc.

hip flexor isn't a career altering injury

He is still young and a top run stopper. Those starting DL are very good when healthy.
