I think they have to give him a weapon in his first year. The Chiefs seemed to like their WR on the smaller side with big speed. So:

Calvin Ridley, WR, Alabama

Gives you something to watch in the game tonight.

You're a little late, but welcome to the bandwagon.

Ridley would be a bit of a reach at 8..they should trade down then.

That is not my draft.

OL is a screaming need. That is where I would concentrate.

They have K.White coming back next year. It's like a first round WR pick every year!

OL should be the focus in the first round. Doesn't matter if you draft the next J.Jones and your QB doesn't have time to let a play develop or if your star QB goes down for the year. Playoff teams are build in the trenches.

I want a new left tackle with the #8 pick. Charles Leno, Jr. can go fuck himself.

Well I guess were just ignoring the defense which does not have a starting caliber CB under contract for next year.

They absolutely must get Landry and/or Robinson plus another outside weapon in free agency. Whether that's Eifert, Graham, Pryor or whatever...they need two guys who can catch the ball because right now they have literally none. Cohen I suppose, but that's it. And even if they do all that, which I am almost certain they wont, you could still talk me into drafting a WR in the 1st round.

The OL really just needs one more good OT and it'll be perfectly fine for next year. The options in free agency are...limited...so the only path to this is the draft.

He's not great, but he's not terrible either.

God please no offensive linemen in the 1st round.

Injuries took the line down a notch this year.

So all that is needed is depth on the Oline. You can find depth after the first round.

Don't need to recreate the Smurfs at WR.

You don't pass on Quentin Nelson if he is there at #8.

I'm still a believer in making sure the QB has time to throw. That starts with LT and to a lesser extent LG.

K.Long is damaged goods. Need to find a replacement for him as well.

You can find a CB later in the draft. No need to waste a high pick on one.
