-Says the right things
-Good enough to make the games close, not good enough to win
-Loses his shit in critical moments

Maybe he's a guy who builds a team and then they fire in 2 years for a guy who can win?

Wouldn’t be that bad if he was. Would mean 2 trips to the Super Bowl are imminent.

But I don’t think he’s like Fox at all. Fox ran his teams, Nagy (atm) is a glorified coordinator.

Pretty tough to condemn a guy after one game isn't it?

I don’t think so. Nagy seems aware that the forward pass is allowed in the NFL now.

Nagy is the best coach the Bears have had in a decade and maybe longer.

Not willing to say he's even better than Trestman after this display.

You know he's better than that dude. You'll feel better after Monday.

Wilson on two legs will do the same thing to them as Rodgers did on one.

Seahawks aren't what they used to be by any means but they are much more talented still than the Packers. If Baldwin is healthy Bears are toast.

They have been thoroughly exposed.

He's not on the same planet as Rodgers. Did you see what Von Miller did yesterday?

Bears are mentally weak and very soft. Seahawks are not. The talent disparity is not great enough to make up for this fatal flaw. The Bears have a ton of proving to do before they are to be favored against even middling opposition.

The Bears are favored Monday.

They could just get lucky and blow them out but even then no lead is safe with Nagy calling plays.

If its close then it will come down to the fact that Nagy and (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky are scared under pressure while Carroll and Wilson aren't. The Bears will quit in the 4th quarter again because they are poorly led. Until further notice they were thoroughly exposed by the Packers last night.

Dude...did you see what happened last night? There was no worse way for them to lose than that. What kind of team makes that kind of statement in the first half then just quits when Rodgers deigns them with his presence?

Had they just had a standard ho-hum loss last night I'd probably still be on the hype but I last night was different. Last night showed that they are not mentally fit for this league.

No. There were a lot of wasted plays with calls for lateral passes that went nowhere.

But I don't think Nagy is Fox. It is concerning, however, that he didn't learn from his mistakes in the playoff game against the Titans when he was OC. This game was deja vu all over again, to quote Yogi Berra, as Hamp and O'B pointed out on their show last night. God I love them. For a guy that supposed to be about preparation and game planning, Nagy was out of his element after the second series, when his script ran out. After Green Bay adjusted, he had no answers. There was no rhyme or reason to his play calling, where it seemed it was being done at random in a panic, just to show different formations.

It's one game and I'm hopeful Nagy will do better. His strength is that he is probably the right coach to get along with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, for whatever that is worth and for whatever limitations (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky has.

Baldwin isn’t healthy and even with him healthy the Packers are easily the more talented team. Without Wilson that’s a 2 win team probably this year.

Wilson is awesome so he’s gonna keep it closer than it should be, but there’s no reason the Bears should lose next Monday.

Lovie was here 6 years ago. It was time for a change and see what you will about Lovie, but if he is up 20 nothing on the Packers, the Bears would win the game.

Nah. Fox never said the right thing because he never said anything.

Nagy has been more insightful in 1 post-game than Fox was in 3 years.

I was saying since Lovie. It feels longer than 6 years. That says a lot about our losing. It was a bad loss but if you were told the Bears would lose by 1 in Green Bay most of us would have seen it as progress.

Andy Reid's a "fuck-up"? Have you ever taken a look at his won-lost record over-all let alone his record within the conference which the Chiefs play in?

If the Bears couldn't score more than 16 offensive points against that garbage Packers defense that got blown off the ball every snap they are going to just crater when faced with Bobby Wagner, KJ Wright and Earl Thomas.

No they aren't. Keenum just lit them up. How garbage do you think Mitch is and the offense is?

Bears dont have Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders. If the Seahawks force 3 INT's off (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky it will be game over.

Lol the Seahawks defense sucks now. If they force 3 INTs next week it's because Mitch indeed does suck as much as many of us have been saying he does.

This was the same logic that had Bernstein convinced that Emery/Trestman was a huge step up on Angelo/Lovie. They had all sorts of great reasons and justifications respectfully presented to the press for their screwups. Personally I could not care less if you're able to win a press conference after blowing a football game.
