by the end of the year he will have missed 21 games in four years

Everyone knows I am one of his biggest supporters but you cannot make the team from the ice tub.

I just wish we had Leblanc still around. Sherrick should be OK in the short term but he is going to get exposed at some critical juncture in the playoffs. Callahan was making plays every week. There is no replacing his production in house and most likely not on the open market (for nickel backs).

Can Tolliver cover the position?

This is what I was wondering. And they have CB Michael Joseph on the practice squad.

Fangio has proven that he can plug just about anyone in over the past few years.

Front 7 depth would have to be considered potentially elite with Kwiatkoski, Nichols, Lynch, etc.

If we’re talking DB depth, then yeah, it’s a weakness.

What in the bloody hell are you guys ranting about? 1st off, Sherrick McManis is the backup to Callahan, not Tolliver. Secondly, McManis stepped in and played very well Sunday night, leading the team in tackles.

I would put him on IR and have a veteran ready to go. Is Pac Man Jones still out there?

How do the new IR rules work with the playoffs? Is the 8 week type only in the start of the season? Is it a true 8 weeks or does IR end at the end of regular season regardless and you can play in playoffs?
