First of all, send your Exective of The Year trophy to Vic Fangio, he must be an incredible coach because he was able to coach around Nagy's offensive incompetence, and keep his D focused. Trade for a veteran QB and let him run Nagy's system for rest of the year. If you get the same results with a vet QB you discover Nagy is the problem and you move forward. Trade vet D player(s) that are up for contract for draft picks, you aren't winning a championship this year and may as well get something in return. Sit Mitch, you have enough on him, need competent QB play to get true read on rest of young skill position players and your D is gonna quit on you if you keep putting him out there. Fire special teams coach, two punt blocks, poor coverage on kicks/punts, consistently bad. Take play calling away from Nagy, he hasn't shown the ability to formulate and execute a competent NFL offensive game plan.
