Remember hearing an interview with Rodman where he kept saying, "the most frustratinous thing". So gonna steal that and say the most frustratinous thing about being a Bears fan is reading mock drafts that have the team making logical, future franchise building moves like trading back and picking up extra picks, but realizing that Pace likely does the exact opposite and trades up, making future franchise destroying moves.

You mean like giving up 3 1st round picks and possibly a 4th (if done on draft day) to acquire a serial sex offender..?

And btw.. I’ve seen more than a few mock drafts where they have the Bears trading up to get a QB. I think almost every mock draft I’ve seen in fact outside of a few.



I’d sit at 20 and see what comes. Trading back from 20 isn’t going to land a shit load of value imo.. top 15 maybe, but 20? Meh, just take the best player available there unless an offer too good to be true pops up.


I continue to feel like patience and not panicking/overreaching is the best way to approach this but seeing the bumbling that’s already been produced this off season yeah.. there is no plan. Pace swings wildly and frantically at every single thing that even sniffs the market.


Whatever, they’re both gone after this year imo anyway. There’s no way in hell this group of football stupid imbeciles intelligently navigate these shark and blood infested waters without getting eaten.

The most frustrating thing is... Nothing changes.

We can't draft for shit. We can't manage the talent we have for shit. Bullheaded offensive minded coaches that refuse to adapt during a game. Lackluster, predictable, dense QB that just won't learn and adapt. Defense that gets worn down by mid-season because they spend the bulk of game time on the field. The sinking feeling that if you get down by 10 - 14 points that the game is over. We don't have the capability to overcome that... Unless we're playing some door mat NFL team like the Lions and even then that's a crapshoot.
