No QB on that list elevates the offensive. All of them require a lot of help from a good line and good WR. The Bears don't have that.

I don't know that I would call Fitzpatrick a failure or not good. He isn't elite, but he isn't bad either.

Context is absolutely needed with modern day passing numbers, it's insane that people are even thinking chumps like Rivers and Paddford belong in the HOF
