Felt this way at the time and still do now. He nearly lost his leg after executing a move any person does while playing sports or even playing with their dog. It's not like someone launched into his knee helmet first at full speed or anything. He just jumped up and ran into some minor/incidental contact. But the contact wasn't what messed his knee up, it just caused an awkward landing that happens a million times a day in sports, amateur and pro. It can happen to anyone. Real scary.

Idk super surgeons are some odd guys. Some are acquaintances with Bernsie. Think about that. He also could have been on call for the “Bears” hospital.

Hard to believe, but crazy things happen. Not sure why he would make up that detail with everything else going on.
