Lions @ Chiefs on Thursday to start the season

Wait 6+ months for a legit non-preseason NFL game, and we'll get treated to a 36-16 blowout.

I don't think the Lions will win by that much.

The Love vs Fields matchup is very tasty. If things go wrong the post game meltdown could be glorious lol

Yep, high stakes for the fanbases if either QB shits the bed. Though it would be Bears luck if Packers finish last and get Caleb Williams.

What type of odds are you giving me? These Lions are different.

If you are wanting odds then we will need to wait until closer to the game. But I am completely confident the Chiefs win that game. Sounds like to me you aren't really confident in the Lions to win.

I'm confident about the Lions outside of Goff. I still know the oddsmakers will pick the Chiefs to win. A straight-up bet would be foolish. I try only to burn money for the Bears.

Goff was good and efficient during the second half of the season.

Do you want them to schedule the SF Giants vs the NY Giants in the first MLB vs NFL showdown? Not sure how else to be "original" in a 100 year old league.

The conventional wisdom had the Bears getting an easy schedule due to being the worst team in the league. But the winning percentage in 2022 of their 2023 opponents was .497. If you go back to last year when schedules came out, the Bears were scheduled to face teams with just a .471 winning pct -- but that turned into a harder than expected schedule as those teams actually finished with a .571. So I guess it's a crapshoot.
