Where's the accountability from Kevin Warren and Poles for their drafting failures at QB and receiver they took in the first round? Both players are under-performing and could very well be busts. Odunze is terrible. How was the offensive-line fixed in the off-season? Where's the Chicago media calling them out? The only one calling anyone out at this point is Hamp and O'B.

They sold us this bag while scapegoating and releasing Fields to protect their careers. Eberfluss too. Everyone could see Fields was a play-maker and was progressing at the end of last year. But he had no help around him, especially no offensive line in front of him. I have thought Fields is like Michael Jordan athletically with his dual threat of run and pass. Even Getsy was improving with his play calling at the end of last year, and you got rid of him too as another scapegoat.

Nothing changes with the Bears. The ownership is stupid and can't evaluate anyone, not Team Presidents, Head of Player Personnel and players. What happened in the off-season was a con-job, and Bears fans' again are left holding the bag while the Bears hold none of their own accountable for their repeated failures.

It is very unlikely Uberloss and Poles will overstay their welcome by more than one season. The Bears generally fire people when its time for them to go. I’m not too worried that we’ll have to endure a decade of Ryan Poles roster blunders.

They really tried to make Eberflus look good on Hard Knocks which seemed forced, his stupid meetings with Caleb look especially idiotic given the way the offense has looked. The team would have been much better served having Caleb work with the OC or Oline coach on blitz pickup and installing easy hot reads for him to go to in pressure situations.

It also seems that rather than having a team employee go to Kmart and buy a slip and slide they should have had them go to a hardware store and pick up a half dozen axes and have players run at Caleb with axes to mimic the type of beating he is taking early on, maybe that would have got him to understand the need to get the ball out quickly.

Already hearing national media types openly mock Poles for the way he has constructed the roster, have to Jurko credit, he was in on this early with his, "they bought really nice drapes, but ignored the foundation", take early on this year.

It would seem a loss this weekend would increase the panic level at Halas Hall, especially for the head coach who looks to be a solid DC, but struggles mightily with in game decision making, stacking losses early this season is not great considering that the schedule gets tougher as the year progresses and that the Viking games now look like losses given the total mismatch between the Vikes D and the Bears O.
