We can rip on George for a million things.....that answer / clip is not one of them. That was about as direct and honest of an answer as he good have given.

The league meetings must be interesting, you have a bunch of alpha male billionaires, and then you have George.

The other owners must think George is a bumbling idiot, but it means easy wins for their teams, so they likely have a glass of milk and some cookies sent to his room at the owner's meetings.

Now that we know Poles is back you can expect him to try to make a splash signing or two in FA, he will have to be all in on Trey Smith if he hits FA, and a top DE like Josh Sweat or Reddick, too much pressure to sit back and wait for 3rd and 4th tier guys like he usually does.

You could be stuck with some bad long-term paper, but desperate GM's make desperate moves.

He hasn't fixed the OL and DL in 3 seasons as GM. Safe to expect he will continue to fuck that up.
