With Cutler's gunslinger, I-already-should-have-three-interceptions-in-Quarter-1-against-Green-Bay mentality and the suckiness of his receivers, why are a lot of people predicting 10, 11 and even 12 wins for this team?

Horrible receivers and "forcing the ball" are not a good combination.
