Even if the Bears win they have very little hope to make the playoffs. They'd have to go 5-1 the rest of the way and they'll lose tiebreakers to Atlanta and Arizona. So, let's say, if they manage to split with the Vikings (good luck), they've got to win out, including a game in Baltimore and against the Packers... all of this just to reach 10-6.

There's no guarantee 10-6 is even good enough. Sure there have been 9-7 teams of late to have runs, but they won crap divisions.

I know it's a long shot for the playoffs even with a win tonight. I just wanted to find a way to use the Al Pacino speech. My favorite part was when he says "I pissed away all my money, believe it or not." It's just the way he says it that makes me laugh.

That being said, despite it being a long shot, we have to root for the Giants to beat the Falcons and the Redskins to beat the Cowboys. The Packers vs 49ers, it is good either way. I'd rather see the Packers lose that games cuz I think the 49ers have more losses to come. We already got a break on Thursday with the Panthers losing.

When we fans have to rely on the outcome of other games, it shows our team really sucks. This team's playoff chances are on life support with Cutler holding the plug.
When they lose tonight's game, if I hear Lovie say they're still in it, I'm going to either smash my tv or pour another drink.
