It's Bad. We all know it is bad. So what ya gonna about it? Playing harder? Meeting harder? NO If this Team was owned by a family/owner that wanted to win first and foremost, this is where we would start.

1. Trade Devin Hester! he has value, just not as a #1 WR. Let the guy return kicks again, get some value and get something for him. Cutler hates throwing to him and Turner doesn't use him, so time to go.

2. Sign a BIG WR! yes, that guy will be your #1 WR! Sign someone Cutler wants to throw to! Not even need to overpay here. I have listed so many guys that are good big WR's in the past, Example:Lee Evans, Vince Jackson

3. Ron Turner. GONE. He just isnt getting it done. yes, he is competent, but notice how not one WR/TE catches the ball moving? The runs up the middle are a total Joke.

4. Daryl Drake. GONE. Rumors have it they want him at Western Kentucky! OK BUH BYE! I can't say he does a good job, we will try to find someone that does.

5. Sign another NFL Level RB! I like Forte but this Peterson and Wolfe dream was not NFL Level Talent! Weaver, Taylor, Williams, all guys that can be signed. If they try Kevin Jones for one more year, then they are just being cheap and show zero willingness to be better,

6. I know we only have 3-7 rounds, make them all LB's and CB's Seems to be the position easiest to FIND A GUY!

7. Signing veteran OL's. Not draft them. Not telling you that an OL cant be drafted, but seems to be a position that guys learn at. Guys get cut and then end up starting all over the league. Look at the Pats OL, not a 1st rounder. OL guys can come from anywhere, which leads me to Point #8.

8. SHANAHAN. Simple, yes, it will cost some Money to get rid of Lovie, but the guy has an amazing record of getting OL and RB's from nowhere and he made Cutler an ALL PRO. Here is your solution on a silver platter! And he gets final roster say!

9. I am not requesting to keep Angelo, but I dont expect the Bears to eat Lovie and Angelos salaries. BUT you can give Shanahan some big time power and Angelo might just walk at some time, but he will be demoted to the job he had in TB. This will be done only because of money. Asking the McCaskeys to east Lovies deal is a huge step, asking them to take out Angelo too, will never happen.

10. BEAR HALL OF FAME - RING OF FIRE - BEAR DEN -Call it whatever you want, this organization has the greatest history in the NFL and they do nothing to promote it or use it. Sure, players always say "Love playing for the Bears, one of the greatest teams" but none of them know shit about this franchises history. I know this whole idea is meatballish, but this kind of shit can help make some of these guys better. Specifically, the younger guys. Bring the veterans back to Halas hall, build a fucking lounge, a bar, dining hall, whatever you want, just let the players know about the history and talk to some of these older guys. I know Pittsburgh and Dallas do this stuff, it's kind of worked there over the long haul.

Teams in the NFL bend over backwards to create legends to represent their team, the Bears ignore theirs! I placed this one 10th as I know it is not the answer and can't be done alone, but how can it hurt?

So, you want to get rid of Lovie and Turner? Well, okay, because no one would take the O coordinator job with Lovie having one year left on his paper. So whole new coaching.

Hester: that was the organization's fault, that they couldn't figure a way to pay him without forcing a position change. While he's improved this past year, I just don't see the final result being worth the result. But who'd want him as a special teams guy? And why don't we keep him in that capacity, ourselves? Plus you got Knox and Manning.

But you need two lines, you need to refresh the aging D, and you need more receivers than Bennett and Knox. And everyone knows about Olsen..

1. Not getting rid of Hester becuase he is a terrible WR, we just need a better one. Especially at that position. Part of my claim is to get him back to KR and increasing his value. Get some picks back. Basically need to clear out the #1 WR for a a real #1. Knox has been a good #2 and bennet has been a very good #3, catches what is thrown to him.

2. I called the lounge, den, hangout, dining hall, etc. MEATBALLISH. I know, but, it would do no damage and actually could help some things. Guys that play in the NFL do spend more time at a team facility than most other sports due to the heavy emphasis on lifting and film. Granted it would never happen due to the ownership. Mike McCaskey doesn't want these older guys, ex Bears even around the place.

Didn't a certain Hockey team bring back into the fold, informally, all the ex players? Has it hurt in anyway?

A number 2 WR in the NFL is significantly more valuable that a pro bowl kick returner. And there's no evidence that Devin Hester is still a pro bowl kick returner.
